Autumn Leaves began with a simple intention: to offer a beautiful place to stay in Narromine — one that feels both refined and relaxed.
As a fifth-generation local farming family, we love our town and wanted to create the kind of accommodation we look for when travelling: private, peaceful, and thoughtfully done.
We saw a gap for quality stays in the region — something more generous than a motel, with enough space and comfort to make weekends and work trips feel like a real break.
Family-owned and lovingly run, Autumn Leaves is a character-filled, double-storey home built in 1914.
It still retains many original features and is often called “the most beautiful house in town” by locals.
With five spacious bedrooms, large communal areas and a lush, well-kept garden — lovingly maintained by Susie — the house offers plenty of room to relax, unwind, and enjoy your own space.
We don’t come from a hotel background, and we don’t try to replicate one. What we do offer is a sense of ease — a warm welcome, a smooth check-in, a peaceful stay, and a home that looks and feels just right.
Most of our guests tell us the same thing: “We didn’t want to leave.” That tells us we’ve done our job.
